The owner’s have used Maitre’D in the past and are familiar with its functions. They are also impressed with the level of customer support on the hardware and software. Knowing that we are a phone call away and having complete access of their system over the internet can provide them with real solutions if things don’t work right. The owner of the restaurant said the system is very reliable and there has not been a single incident of downtime that would have effected on the operations since the system has been installed.
